OBJECTIVES
The objectives for which the company is established for implementation of the
Business as follows:
1. To carry on business Indenting, export and import different types of commodities, machineries and equipments.
2. To carry on business consultancy for business promotion.
3. To carry on business as Inventors, Introducer, Planners, Designers, Builders, Developers and also to carry on business as a consultant to any company, firm, industrial venture, project whether new or existing.
4. To establish and maintain warehouse, showroom, shops and any other structures to carry on business of dealership and importer and exporter.
5. To undertake and carry on business of consultants, planners, designers, inspectors, supervisors for any factories, mills, plants, shipyards, buildings, roads, highways, airports, seaports, river ports, bridges, railways, railway bridges, power plants, irrigation and water development projects or any other items in which the company may be interested within and/or outside the country.
6. To set up waste treatment plant in industrial units.
7. To erect, construct, enlarge, demolish and rebuild & maintain any buildings, works, Lands, machinery, plants, necessary or convenient for the company’s business.
8. To manufacture, purchase, import, export, sell and distribute all kinds of buildings materials, building machinery, office equipments, electrical mechanical, chemical, aeronautical, marine, air-conditioning machinery, goods, materials and accessories.
9. To carry on business as civil, electrical and mechanical contractors, suppliers, civil and electrical designers, planners, erectors and undertake all constructions of civil and electrical natures like construction of buildings, light and sound projects, bridges, embankment, high and low tension electrical lines, electrical transmission lines of all sorts power houses, sub- stations, grid stations, optical fiber lines, transmission stations and to undertake business of supply of all materials necessary for undertaking the jobs.
10. To carry on business of various type of Innovative, joint-venture and
Foreign investment.
11. To carry on business as borer, driller, tube-well sinking, high pressure grouting, work, control and manage any water ways, dock yards, seaports, gas work, reservoirs, electric company, mining field, coal field, marine field management, heat and light supply works, telephone works, satellite management, open air management, space management etc.
12. To carry on the business of consulting and education care, education development and information technology and its allied business and consultancy.
13. To carry on the business of software system, design, network design, data entry, technical consultancy, software development, computer training establishes computer school and college subject to the approval of appropriate authority.
14. To carry on the business of non government organization for helping society in education, computer programming, technical education, Japanese & English language program, consultancy for education training subject to the approval of concerning authority.
15. To implement on the business of setting up and operating medical complex; medical center, clinics hospitals mobile services and pharmacies subject to the prior approval ‘of the concerned authority.
16. To carry on the business of providing all types of medical and health services to any person in Bangladesh or abroad.
17. To carry on the business of setting up and running blood banks subject to the prior approval of the concerned authority.
18. To set up and establish diagnostic and pathological centers.
19. To undertake human resource development programs for health systems.
20. To undertake promotion program development and research on medical and health areas.
21. To protect Natural environment from pollution of establishment and factories wastes by recycling it very natural way.
22. To ensure environmental sustainability.
23. To ensure sustainable use and conservation of natural resources and Bio- diversity.
COMPETENCIES OF THE COMPANY:
NABI INTERNATIONAL is experienced development company Since its inception in 1992 which is implementing a large number of development programs to save the environment like production by recycling the waste management, export & import, consulting for business promotion, indenting as the commission agent, supply construction equipments etc for home and abroad. It has experienced development staffs that are trained on these activities and has a skilled management team. It is carrying registration from the Government of
Japan and Bangladesh. In this connection, Nabi International is fit for implementation for any kinds of above mentioned projects.
MONITORING:
NABI INTERNATIONAL has a strong monitoring & Evaluation team. They take care of its vision, mission and core values. The developing projects are continually being monitored and evaluated to determine its progress and effectiveness, as well as to show where changes may be necessary. It is carried out in a participatory way with the participants.
The management information system (MIS) takes place monthly and is measured every six months in participatory way.
Financial audits at field and company level take place regularly.
Company capacity is also measured regularly.
The company has an opportunity for external and internal evaluations.
The annual plan and target are reviewed monthly.
Staffs performance is evaluated yearly in a participatory way.
The best practices are shared regularly among the staffs and participants.
REPORTING:
NABI INTERNATIONAL maintains reporting system strictly. The field staffs submit their report on their activities to the area manager monthly. Area manager compile it regularly and submit it to the higher authority. The reporting systems of NABI INTERNATIONAL are 4 types like monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
